FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Our panel of service partners are assessed amongst others on the number of service call backs and each corresponding call back’s response time.

Electro-mechanical services

We have qualified and well-trained technicians and engineers on our staff to ensure that all electro-mechanical systems in your facility are in excellent working order. We streamline the maintenance process by developing standard operating procedure check lists and flow charts for each system.

And finally, we actually decrease the life-cycle cost of your equipment—by developing and implementing a personalized Schedule Preventive Maintenance Programme (SPMP).

HVAC systems (operation & maintenance)

We provide Electrical & A/C Maintenance for office campus, industries, multi storey building by employing well-experienced licensed electrician and A/C mechanics under the control of Sr. Technical persons from our Engineering/Technical Division. The service undertaken are: Operation & Maintenance of Centralized Screw Chiller units including pumps & VFD's Split/Package air-conditioners cleaning of filters, checking of wiring and plugs, testing of machine for proper operation, signs of wear & tear Regular checking and periodic cleaning of air - side equipment such as FCU, AHU & ventilation fans etc, Checking of fire dampers in ventilation ducts will be checked on regular basis by inhouse team Preventive maintenance checks which are not under the AMC for AC plant Maintenance.

Fire control Systems

We facilitate supervision while instillation of fire fighting and control equipments at your premise. We make a detailed study of your premise and recommend the most suitable equipments that need to be installed. The right number and position of its instillation are also suggested by our professionals. Necessary training to use the devices on need are also provided. Periodic maintenance of the devices are also facilitated.

Water Management & Plumbing

We look after the cleaning, maintenance and operation of swimming pools, fountains, sumps, tanks and other water bodies. Water management like continuous checking of water pressure, meter reading operational costs, inflow /outflow center, Water treatment (back wash, chlorination, etc.), Cleaning of algae and stains, Cleaning of tanks / nozzles / filters, Servicing of pumps and deep cleaning are the activities involved.

Energy / Safety services

We conduct energy audit and introduce energy conservation methods & devices. Implement energy usage monitoring procedures, Review energy bills and check efficiency of all installations with appropriate recommendations.

HVAC & MEP Maintenance

Chiller, package AC, split AC, window AC, cassette AC, VRV / VAV system, FCU, AHU, chilled water pump system and ducting works etc. MEP MAINTENANCE: Main distribution boards, sub-distribution boards, motor control centers, various light fittings, generators and ATS, internal, external & emergency lighting, general power systems, fire detection & fire alarm system, earthing/bonding, lightening protection and plumbing.
